Nous savons \u00e9galement que les \u00e9tats modifi\u00e9s de conscience comme la sophrologie soutiennent et accompagnent les souffrances physiques et psychiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-headings-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\">Stanislav Grof, psychiatre am\u00e9ricain, a conceptualis\u00e9 la Respiration Holotropique comme une&nbsp;<strong>pratique de conscience \u00e9largie<\/strong>, un \u00e9tat de transe sans substance,&nbsp;bas\u00e9e sur une respiration active et des musiques particuli\u00e8res, permettant une lib\u00e9ration de certaines couches inconscientes qui nous constituent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-headings-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\">La Respiration Holotropique permet de visiter, <strong>exp\u00e9rimenter et r\u00e9int\u00e9grer des parts de soi auxquelles nous n&rsquo;avons pas acc\u00e8s en temps normal<\/strong>: \u00e9motions, traumatismes enfouis, sensorialit\u00e9, perceptions subtiles, ressources int\u00e9rieures, exp\u00e9riences spirituelles&#8230; Contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;hypnose qui oriente le processus, la Respiration Holotropique ouvre un espace libre et structur\u00e9 pour <strong>accueillir uniquement les exp\u00e9riences qui sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, ce qui permet de respecter enti\u00e8rement le rythme et les protections de chacun.e<\/strong>, ce qui est tr\u00e8s s\u00e9curisant dans cette pratique. Le processus, qui plus est en groupe, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment lib\u00e9rateur pour n\u2019ajouter aucune autre pratique lors de ce stage. <br><br>Dans les deux cas, vous \u00eates allong\u00e9.e.s sur un matelas, les yeux ferm\u00e9s.
